Before you use it, some notes need to know.

6. U disk（USB FLASH MEMORY） in the package, Please find carefully, it may be on the sponge at the bottom of the box. there is software, U disk is also used to upload programs to the sign.
7. When you run HD player, you need to select Device type and Set resolution,
   Please record:
   Device: D10
   resolution:128 x 64 ，128 is width(or L),64 is height
8. Please watch the video tutorials before use, You can learn basic operations, How to upload the images and scrolling words to the sign.
   These tutorials can solve most buyers’ problems, Please take 10 minutes to watch it.
9. If you don’t know how to use a computer, I can design a program for you for free. You just tell me the words and objects you want to display. I will send you the finished program, you just need to copy it into the sign with a USB drive.
10. We have sent a program to the LED sign, so after you power on, waiting 10 seconds, it will show AD.
11. The sign boot time about 10 seconds, please Wait patiently, During this period, the sign is no show anything.
12. The sign input power is AC 110/220v, available in most countries.
13. If you use your own U disk. Please use well-known brands such as Toshiba, Kingston, Sandisk and so on. Some poor quality u disk may not be compatible with the sign.
14. We recommended hang mode to mount sign, item package also contains accessories required for the mount.
15. Do not use a lot of white color background pictures, white color will generate a lot of heat.
16. Do not use a lot of video files, the length of each video is less than 30 seconds,15’s is best.
17. Power off sign daily, to avoid more than 24 hours power on.
