3. When you run software HDPlayer, you need to select the correct device type and set resolution. Don’t select others, it will go wrong.
Device Type: D05
Resolution: 128×64, 128 is Length，64 is Width
When connecting sign with Wifi,
WiFi name:D05-xx-xxxxxx Key:88888888

4.To Amazon buyer: If you have a problem with using the sign, please contact hillsun192@gmail.com. Don’t ask Amazon, they can’t resolve a technical problem.

5. We had sent a demo program to the LED sign, so after you power on, waiting 20 seconds, it will show Ad.
6. The sign boot time about 30 seconds, please wait patiently, during this period, the sign is no show anything.
7. The sign input power is AC 110/220v, available in most countries.
8. Uploading message/images, please use the USB thumb drive, the item package contains an 8G thumb drive, Please look carefully, it is possible at the bottom of the box.
9. We recommended hang mode to mount sign, the item package also contains accessories required for the mount.
10. How to make the contents of the display, please read the manual/tutorial.
11. White background images are not recommended, Easy heating, shorten service life.
12. Minimize the use of video files, the length of each video is less than 30 seconds, 15’s is best.
13. Power off sign daily, to avoid power on more than 24 hours.
