I have a HW colourfull display board. Now it is working smoothly. Further I want to add 12 Hour time (with AM & PM) in this display. But I have 24 hour display only in the time format programme . How can I make the above into 12 hour format ?
I am trying to update the panel with new graphics and it is not reading the Disk. I used LEDGO and sent it to the disk and the put the disk in the panel and nothing happens.

It can’t read back the program from the sign, if don’t save the program on your computer, sorry, no way. You must make it again.
The sign doesn’t support the incremental program, A new program will cover the old program when you insert U disk to sign.
If you want to save the program for later use, only save on your computer.
I can make a program for you, you only copy it to U disk, no need software. Please send your scroll words, pictures and your requirement to hillsun192@gmail.com.

my led sign works good for about 40 minutes, and then crashes with some led lights flashing in the screen. i have to turn off the unit and then turn it back on again to make it work. do you have any idea about what is causing it. is it faulty processor or components. your feed back would be appreciated.

My current problem:
I can only send 1 program at one time viewing on display.
A month ago, I was able to send up to 5 programs from the HDPlayer with out any problem.
I feel the HDP software is operating correctly.
I have already tried importing an .SSX file ( fix file) for resetting the D15 card I have.
If you reset the control card, the LED panel information saved in it will be cleared, and you need to send the LED panel to the controller.
How to create and send LED panel information, please contact me via email.
The reset buttons on D10 and D15 are in different positions.

3.if nothing in u disk, I guess you didn’t use the “To Udisk” button.
Fixed the problem. The USB provided wouldn’t work with the sign even formatted in FAT32. I used a SanDisk USB3.0 and now it’s working.

Hope you can help me! I use LEDArt to control our LED display. Worked fine for ages, but suddenly I have a problem.
Our display is “C15 192 x 96”. But I now get the “no matching devices” error.
If I look at the devices detected in the network, I find it, but it shows the screen as being 128×128.
In other words, it appears that the LED screen is wrongly reporting the resolution – hence no match.
Any idea how I can get the hardware to correctly report the size of the screen it is connected to?
